When is this record used?

These identify possible hazards within the museum, including activities held in the Museum. These could include anything from a member of staff changing a light bulb to an education officer running a workshop.

How is this record used?

It is completed and used by members of staff for activities carried out in the museum for staff and public use. For example; the Front of House Manager would complete a risk assessment form for all activities and operations that the front of house staff carry out on a daily (or otherwise) basis.
