The Lab - an interactive learning space!
A variety of science workshops take place in our newly developed interactive education space The Lab at the Yorkshire Museum. Children can put on a white lab coat to help them get into the role of a real scientist!
Most workshops are aimed at Key Stages 1 and 2 but can be adapted to Key Stage 3. Workshops include:
- Funky Fossils and Super Bugs
- What's the Matter? (Materials)
- A Recipe For Health (Health and Medicines)
- Fire Away! The Force of Roman Catapults
