Butterfly Specimens at Leeds Discovery Centre

Much of the natural science collection at Leeds Museums and Galleries was collected during the Victorian period, when we didn't have the same values of conserving nature as we do now. All specimens in the collection can be used for research purposes, as well as for enjoyment and learning.
