Global Wild Fish Capture 1950 - 2010 (in million tonnes)

This graph shows how the number of wild fish captured globally (in million tonnes) has grown.  All types of fish have been caught in increasing numbers, leading to a significant overall increase. This level of fishing is unsustainable for the fish populations.
