Haji Mohammed Iqbal in Pakistan

This photograph shows Haji Mohammed Iqbal (centre) and was taken as he was about to leave Pakistan in the early 1960s. Notice that Mr Iqbal, is the only one wearing western style dress. Why do you think this might be?
