Leeds Civic Hall

Leeds Civic Hall, with the city's masoct, the owls standing proud atop their plinths.  The Civic Hall was designed by Vincent Harris in 1933.  It is an imposing building and sits at one side of a pedestrianised square in the heart of the city.
