Leeds Insanitary Areas

This photograph was taken during the 1989 official enquiry into Leeds Insanitary areas.  The men in bowler hats on the left are inspector.  The photo shows a yard with buildings on the left and right and a shared toilet block at the back, overlooked by a large warehouse building behind.
