Narwhal Tooth or Tusk

At 67cm long, this is the smallest Narwhal tusk in the collection at Leeds Museums and Galleries

Narwhwl tusks are actually teeth. They contain millions of nerve endings and narwhals use them to feel around and to taste things with.
