National Cyclo-cross Championships, Temple Newsam, 1972

National Cyclo-cross Championships was held in the ground of Temple Newsam House in January 1972. The sport had been gaining in popularity since 1950- and in the following year Britain hosted the World Championship at Crystal Palace.
