Outer Coffin Lid from Nesyamun, the Leeds Mummy

Nesyamun has two lids to offer protection from grave robbers, bad spirits and animals. This is his outer coffin lid. The heiroglyphics and illustrations show his name and scenes from his life as a high priest.
