Probably one of the first photographs of the descendants of John Yorke, the enslaved African baptised in Marske in 1776. It is of George Yorke, grandson of John Yorke. John Yorke's great, great, great granddaughter, Jenny discovered her ancestor was an enslaved African whilst researching her family history
