Saj | Pakistani Migrant to Wakefield

Saj was only 9 months old when he came to England with his mother and sister. His father had come to work in the UK earlier and travelled back and forth to Pakistan before the family all came over together. Children arriving in Wakefield from Pakistan left behind a rural life of wide open spaces, and for many the urban environment was cramped and claustrophobic.
