Woodhouse Ridge, Leeds

Black and white postcard view of Woodhouse Ridge looking down towards Meanwood Road with the chimney of the Leeds Corporation Refuse Destructor seen on the right. The bandstand is in the centre and the Ridge is crowded with people dressed in their Sunday best and wearing straw boaters popular in the early 20th Century.
